My father thinks that since he was an abusive alcoholic and a despicable human being to our family that he is not worthy of receiving Christ. I told him that makes him self-righteous, to think that he knows better what he needs than God does. Then I bring up Paul. Imagine if murdering Christians kept you from a relationship with the Savior. I think not.

All people need the Lord, and He is not willing that ANY should perish, even those who think and do horrific things.

Great "fiction," Rick.LauraLee Shawhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06092672958394657296noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491574942132835063.post-75326381495406543852008-11-14T12:21:00.000-08:002008-11-14T12:21:00.000-08:00Wonderful, Rick. It must be painful to write from that perspective. The Godly words of wisdom from the detective were my favorite part of this chapter.Catrina Bradleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04759918426263780732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7491574942132835063.post-41593801072803027072008-11-14T08:53:00.000-08:002008-11-14T08:53:00.000-08:00Ooooh...I am wanting to read this whole book when ...Ooooh...I am wanting to read this whole book when you are finished. lol!
